Back and raring to go!!!!!!!

Good morning to you all
Firstly I want to say thank you once again for all your lovely messages of support. It really has been overwhelming but lovely to read them all and I thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart.
Well, today I am back at work! There is still lots to sort out but I am starting all the prep for my April shows and I have some beautiful product to work with. We have brand new Stampavie stamps and Bo Bunny papers and embellishments. Hot off the Press, and papers from a new company to us..... My Little Shoe Box.
I can't wait to get all my stash out and emerse myself in it. I am sure many of you know how therapeutic crafting is and it will be lovely to spend the day colouring in.
Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine and still managing to fit a bit of creativity in too.
I will post some sneak peaks soon
Take care and once again thank you.
Love to you all
Melanie xxx

  2. Glad to see you back, Melanie. Having lost both our mothers within a very short time a couple of years ago, I can feel for you. Don't be surprised when something catches you out and you end up in a little heap on the floor. Enjoy the release that crafting gives you, and we will all be thinking of you. xx Maggie

  3. Hi Mel, So nice to see you back, I was thinking about you.
I echo what Maggie has said above, You will be ok one minute and then have a little set back, over something silly like a song on the radio! but you will be ok, just take things one day at a time.
Enjoy this "Fab" weather and crafting. I am off to my craft meet up with my friends now (cut n' chat, we are called, more chat than cut!!)
Speak again soon. Take care. Debbiexx

  9. Hi Melanie and welcome back sweetheart,
So good to know you are feeling stronger and able to come back and share your lovely talent with us once again. We understand how hard it is to loose a loved one so we do not expect anything from you at this time still, but to know you are finding strength in crafting shows us you are fighting and learning to cope and that is wonderful news. So take care of yourself and take all the time you need to get to where you want to be. Thinking of you and your family still. Regards and best wishes Linda

  20. Hi Mel, Glad to see you are back your work is great, only this week I tried the way you add faux stithing to projects and I love it.

Im just getting back into my crafting,it is truely a great hobby.

I lost my Mum, best friend and a true treasure just before christmas to cancer and getting back to crafting is helping me deal with Mums lose. Suddenly memories come out the blue and knock you back, but one day at a time. I will always remember what my mum said, "Dont try and run before you can walk" so true, 1 day at a time.

Your projects and ideas are a true inspiration, keep up the the lovely work but also remember to take for yourself. Sharron xx
