Hello my crafty friends
Please tune in tonight for a fabulous POTD. We are selling Spellbinders, Martha Stewart and EK Success products on a 3 for 2 offer. These are not old designs but some of the CHA launches which are still exclusive to Create and Craft.
If you shop clever and buy three of a similar priced item then you will get great bargains.
It is also a really good chance maybe try products that you haven't tried before.
Hope you can join me.
Take care
Love and hugs

Hi Mel, Some months ago I wrote and asked you a question on butterfly wings and cutting them and leaving the body in the card on the Cricut but you couldn't come up with a solution for me. A
ReplyDeleteNow I have noticed at the beginning if the Brother Scan and Cut promotional video it shows a butterflies wings being cut out of a large purple sheet, is this shape a pre-installed shape and does it just cut the wings and leave the body in the card/paper?

Hi Mel, can you please help. I noticed on your butterfly border card you have a word cut out within the frame. I have been trying to do this for my mother's day card. I can weld letters and shapes but when I select the frame ( a heart) and the word which has already been welded, it welds but the words disappear.I am doing something wrong or just missing something out.

Hi Jo
ReplyDeleteNo, you can't do it at the moment. I cut mine out and stuck it across the aperture.....HOWEVER! If you watch tomorrow's show I will show you a solution:)
I watched you last night demonstrating the melt pot. You mentioned how brittle the UTEE is when set and a suggestion was made to use UTEE flex . I went all over the web to find it and eventually contacted Range a guy got back to me straight away to say it has been discontinued. He says you can use glossy accents or multi media gloss to strengthen the items. Is there any other way as I have bought a button mould and would like to make brooches.
ReplyDeleteThanks Mel, I have the programme on preset record just in case I forget or other things take over. Thanks for all your hard work in keeping us informed.
