Boxing Day saw me having time to play with my Scan N Cut for the first time - Oh boy, I am completely gobsmacked by it's simplicity and ease of use and the cut is amazing. Started on the Christmas scrapbooking already. Thanks once again for your enthusiasm about the scan n cut because that is what sold it to me and I love it. Hi Mel, very disappointed received my Scan n Cut but it doesn't work. No telephone support from Brother and C&C will only collect, then confirm its not working before another is issued, so I'm left with nothing, not a happy bunny! Understood from you on C&C, that there is telephone support etc. I'm very disappointed.
