  3. Hi Mel - great shows yesterday. You and Steph together had us in stitches - two kids in a sweety shop came to mind, ha ha. We want the Circle Cutter and the Paper Trimmer but C&C haven't put them on easy-pay, boo hoo. Will be watching tomorrow. Have fun xx

  4. Oh my Mel, I treated myself yesterday to one of the POTD kits, loads of molds too. I love my melt pot and they are going to be used a lot. Can't wait to get my hands on the clay too it looked gorgeous to work with.

  6. Brilliant shows. I did give in and by the potd primarily because of the moulds for my meltpot but I am looking forward to using the paper clay now too as I love making my own embellishments. I have also FINALLY got my circle cutter on it's way - I have tried so many and wanted this one based on your recommendation as I know you don't promote anything you don't believe in. It looks brilliant. Thanks for the laugh with Steph too.

  10. Hi Mel

Really enjoyed the Martha Stewart shows and ordered some of the silicon moulds to use with my recently purchased meltpot.

On your show, you were using paper rosettes. I have been able to score and then fold them but whenever I then try to press them down into a rosette shape, they refuse to go down and resolutely keep a teepee shape! I am clearly doing something wrong.

I have watched a few videos on You-Tube and pepole just seem to scrunch the gathered paper and then press down gently. Despite repeated attempts, they just stay in the teepee shape - help!!!!!

    Many thanks
    Christine

  12. Hi mel. Great shows, as always - loved deans scrapbook page, I always tend to do double page spreads but not known what to do if I only have one photo, the idea of pockets with memorabilia in is genius. Hope we see you on more regular scrapbooking shows - I prefer it to cardmaking these days cos then I can keep all my hard work!!!
    Luv karen

  13. Hi Mel Well my M/S dry clay arrived today and yes what a different it is to "DAS" so easy to work with I did the bird with M/S and "DAS" and the weight was amazing plus the feel was much nicer and didn't make my hands dry
