Registration and updates

Good morning crafters
I have been asked through my blog about registering your machine and updates.
Below is the response from Brother UK.


The link to the registration page in the email below is for Brother in the USA.
In the UK we have no need to register product details in this way.
The product warranty can be tracked by proof of purchase and serial number.

Product updates are freely available via the Brother Solution centre pages and we will post details via our Face book & Twitter pages.
We will endeavour to share news and information with UK customers through our web site and social media.

John and I will also post any update info on our blogs.

  1. Hi Mel, I'm a recently new follower of your blog and I'd just like to say a massive thank you for all your extremely helpful blog updates regarding the Brother Scan n Cut. I got mine the Saturday before it was due to be shipped and I absolutely adore it. It's the first digital die cutting machine I've been tempted by as there are no cartridges or any need to be a 'graphic designer'. I've been having tons of fun playing.
