  1. Hi. Cutting a narrow white border around a stamped image would be good. I have done it before, but for some unknown reason couldn't do it last weekend. Thanks. SueL x

  9. I would really like to see some tutorials about the canvas software. I find it hard to get the accuracy I would like on the small screen but haven't yet got to grips with the software online. I appreciate that this may not be suitable for the first DVD but could you do some short You Tube videos?
    Thanks

  10. Me again. I don't know what format you are thinking of but I really like it when techniques are shown within the creation of a project. So rather than show us, for example, how to do faux stitching just around a shape, could it be an element of a complete card? You could then incorporate other techniques for the other bits of the card.
    Just a thought.

  12. When you download an SVG file and it's got more than one image on the screen how do you put the designs out on different coloured card all in one go do you have to do it individually. Hope that makes sense. Looking forward to the videos. x

  15. Mel please help i am having trouble cutting. I have followed your instructions and checked the blade depth pressure etc but it wont cut through the card no matter what card i use. It worked fine yesterday when i cut out a pattern, i did have to bin it though as it was American Craft card and it went all fluffy and stuck to the carrier sheet. I have defluffed the blade as well but still it wont work. What am i doing wrong please as i really am struggling with the machine and i dont know why.
